Shipping & Returns

1) Shipping Coverage & Processing Time

• Coverage: We ship to most U.S. states (contiguous U.S.). Please email us for AK/HI/PR and international quotes.
• Processing: Orders ship in 1–3 business days after payment is verified. During peak seasons or promotions, processing may extend by 1–2 days.
• Split Shipments: Orders with multiple items may ship separately; you will receive tracking for each parcel.

2) Shipping Methods & Estimated Transit

• Small/Medium Appliances: UPS/USPS/FedEx Ground, typical transit 3–6 business days.
• Massage Chairs (Large Freight): LTL freight with appointment delivery. Typical transit 5–10 business days after dispatch.

3) Freight Delivery Options (Massage Chairs)

• Curbside Delivery (Standard): Delivered to the nearest curb/driveway. The driver is not required to bring the item indoors.
• Room-of-Choice / White-Glove (If Offered): Upgrade service may include inside delivery and basic placement. Availability and pricing vary by location—contact us before purchase.
• Appointment & Signature: Carriers will call/text to schedule. An adult signature is required.

4) Order Tracking & Address Changes

• Tracking numbers are emailed once items ship. Please allow up to 24 hours for scans to appear.
• Address changes after shipment may incur a carrier reroute fee. For freight, reroutes can delay delivery.
• Missed appointments may lead to redelivery fees charged by the carrier.

5) Damaged / Missing Items on Delivery

• Parcel: If the box is visibly damaged, photograph the package and item, keep all packing materials, and contact us within 48 hours.
• Freight (Massage Chairs): Inspect the carton upon delivery.
  • If damage is visible, note it on the Bill of Lading before signing and take photos/videos.
  • If severe damage, you may refuse the shipment and contact us immediately.

6) Returns Window & Eligibility

• Return Window: 30 days from delivery date.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, with all accessories/manuals and original packaging.
• Non-returnable: customized/special-order massage chairs, used/opened kitchen appliances, gift cards, items damaged due to misuse or improper installation.

7) Return Process (RMA Required)

1. Email shingruan@yahoo.com with order #, photos (if applicable), and reason for return to obtain an RMA.
2. Carefully repackage the item. For freight items, we can arrange a pickup at your request.
3. Once inspected and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method in 5–10 business days.

Note: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect on arrival.

8) Cancellations

• Before Shipment: Free cancellation.
• After Shipment: Please follow the return process; freight reconsignments may incur carrier fees.

9) Taxes, Duties & International

Sales tax is charged where applicable. International customers (if approved) are responsible for duties, taxes, and import fees.
