Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Please include proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at shingruan@yahoo.com.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us before sending your product back.

You are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if prepaid by us.
