If the order has not shipped, we can modify or cancel it for free. Once shipped, please follow our return process.

How long will delivery take?
Kitchen Appliances: Ground parcel 3–6 business days. Massage Chairs: LTL freight 5–10 business days with appointment delivery.
Do you ship outside the contiguous U.S.?
Please contact us for quotes to AK/HI/PR and international destinations.
How do I track my order?
A tracking email is sent after dispatch. Please allow up to 24 hours for the first scan to appear.

What is curbside vs. white-glove delivery?
Curbside: Delivered to driveway/curb; driver doesn’t enter your home. White-glove: Optional upgrade for room-of-choice placement (availability & fees vary).
What if the carton looks damaged?
Take photos, note the damage on the carrier’s Bill of Lading before signing, and contact us immediately. If the damage is severe, you may refuse the shipment.
Will the chair fit through my doorway?
Most chairs arrive in multiple cartons. Please check dimensions on the product page and measure doorways/hallways in advance.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return window?
30 days from delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging with all accessories/manuals.
Are there items that can’t be returned?
Customized/special-order massage chairs, opened/used kitchen appliances, gift cards, and items damaged by misuse are non-returnable.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers pay return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect on arrival.

Do products include a warranty?

How do I request service or parts?

Do massage chairs require assembly?
Minor assembly may be required (e.g., side panels/armrests). Instructions are included; we also provide setup videos for some models.
What outlet/power do I need?
Standard U.S. household outlets (120V) are typically sufficient. Avoid extension cords; plug directly into a grounded outlet.
